31900 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 31900 platform by Malaysian users. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. This version supersedes all previous versions.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By registering an account or using any service on the 31900 platform, you fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
To use the 31900 platform, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Register using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information.
- Not currently prohibited from using the platform by any relevant authority.
- Only one active account is permitted at any time — duplicate registrations are strictly prohibited.
- Take full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
Account Creation, Security & Identity Verification
When registering an account on 31900, you are required to provide your full name, a valid email address, phone number, and any other information requested during the registration process. All information provided must be accurate and verifiable. 31900 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a national ID, passport, or other relevant documents.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 31900 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
31900 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- The user has violated any provision of these terms and conditions.
- The user provided false or misleading information during registration or the verification process.
- Account activity shows signs of fraud, money laundering, or system abuse.
- The user is found to be operating more than one account simultaneously.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All transactions on the 31900 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that any deposit made comes from a legitimate financial source that belongs to them. 31900 does not accept deposits made on behalf of third parties.
Withdrawal requests will be processed via the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to full account verification requirements being met. 31900 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until identity verification is fully completed. Processing times vary by payment method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to twenty-four hours.
Important Payment Information
- Deposited funds may only be used for betting and gaming purposes on the 31900 platform.
- Bonuses and promotional credits are subject to specific rollover requirements as stated on the promotions respectively.
- 31900 reserves the right to void any transaction suspected of involving unlawful activity.

Users will be notified of material changes via a notice on the platform or to their registered email address. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the 31900 platform will be resolved through the mechanisms established under Malaysian jurisdiction.
